The New Jersey promoter of Akshay Kumar headlined excursion The Entertainers has claimed that the display needed to be cancelled due to bad price tag sales, however Dharma Cornerstone Agency (DCA), who've conceptualised the occasion, stated it was due to a dispute between the local promoter and countrywide organisers.

In a statement published on Facebook, SAI USA INC stated they needed to "make hard choices" and have been "sorry" to let their target audience down by cancelling The Entertainers Tour display presenting Akshay in conjunction with Disha Patani, Nora Fatehi, Sonam Bajwa, Mouni Roy, Jasleen Royal and Aparshakti Khurana."It is with a huge Sorry this time, that we need to let our target audience down and announce the cancellation of The Entertainers Tour display proposing Akshay Kumar and others. The display was scheduled to be held on the Cure Insurance Arena on March 4, 2023 (sic)," the promoters said in their post on Friday.

"In the spirit of complete transparency the main reasons for the cancellation is the extraordinarily slow sales of tickets for the display, this has caused it not being financially viable until we booked some very big losses from the show."The promoters stated folks who bought the tickets for the New Jersey show can be refunded. 

When contacted, Uday Singh Gauri, DCA, on Monday said, “Unlike the rumours doing the rounds, The Entertainers tour is on track. The group is flying for the equal tonight. While the New Jersey display is known as off due to a dispute among the nearby promoter and country wide organiser, rest other indicates are going on as in step with time table.”
