Delhi HC protects personality rights of Jackie Shroff, restrains entities from using actors name, voice

The Delhi High Court has currently handed an order protecting the persona and publicity rights of Bollywood superstar Jackie Shroff and limited entities from making unauthorised use of the actor's call, voice, pix and signature word 'Bhidu'.
