Colors TV's these days launched show 'Doree' is a social drama that revolves round a six-yr-old girl, Doree, combating in opposition to a patriarchal society for her rights. It features well-known television actors Amar Upadhyay as Ganga Prasad, Sudha Chandran as Kailashi Devi Thakur, and infant actor Mahi Bhanushali as Doree.Ganga Prasad studying of Kailashi Devi burning Doree's hand. Doree overhears the verbal exchange and is shocked and thinks that her baba is injured. Meanwhile, Shuklaji gives Kailashi Devi to ship Ganga Prasad to Surat for profit. Doree exhibits that Kailashi Devi burned her hand. Later, Ganga Prasad confronts Anand and Kailashi Devi, for harming his daughter. Meanwhile, Doree gathers cash from Ganga Prasad's almirah for his surgical treatment. Anand accidentally tears Ganga Prasad's kurta, inflicting panic for Kailashi Devi, who orders Ganga Prasad's expulsion.
