The music "Hai Tujhe Bhi Ijazat" performs as she marks her job probation period on a calendar, eagerly expecting her engagement to Ishaan. She gazes at a ring supposed for their sakharpuda day, and recollects Ishaan calling her Mrs Reeva Ishaan Bhosle. Determined, she famous her tattoo, asserting Ishaan's call is now permanently etched on her body, and vows to be his for all time after the probation length.

In a clinic, the Chavan circle of relatives learns Ninad wishes surgery and issues about the costs. A doctor reassures them, revealing Ishaan and Savi's (Bhavika Sharma) generosity in overlaying all fees. Ashwini expresses gratitude, thinking about them similar to gods. Meanwhile, Ishaan's cabin visit turns awkward as Reeva explains a counselling centre suggestion. Ninad's surgical procedure is a hit, and Ishaan offers sweets to Savi, who emotionally thanks him.
