The second season of the AltBalaji web series The Test Case 2 is based on subjects like loyalty, espionage, patriotism, belief, loyalty and guerrilla warfare. Harleen Sethi is playing the titular role of an army officer named Major Zoya Ali. We will see her strong and ferocious side as she is playing the role of an army officer.

Ekta Kapoor shared a teaser of The Test Case 2 on the occasion of 74th Independence Day. The teaser features Harleen Sethi, who in the recent past got popular for her work as Sameera in Alt Balaji’s web series Broken But Beautiful.

Harleen shared her experience working as army officer in the web series on Instagram and wrote “Rarely as a female actor you get a chance to portray strong and fierce characters rooted in patriotism, fearlessness and love for the country and this is the closest I could come to being and feeling one with the Armed Forces. Proud to be an Indian daughter and honoured to wear the uniform as MAJOR ZOYA ALI in the second season of one of my fav shows ‘The Test Case’.”

The earlier statements released by AltBalaji and Zee5 stated that the second season of the series will be set in Kashmir. This season will follow the story of Captain Shikha Sharma (Nimrat Kaur).

Season 1 of the web series The Test Case had 10 episodes which were focused on the rigorous training an army officer goes through. It also brings to light the gender inequality that is prevalent in every profession. The web series is written by Sagar Pandya.
