Vidya Balan’s upcoming movie Sherni was proposed to be released this year, but due to lockdown, the movie's shooting halted. As per the latest news, the shooting for the film will be started in October. She said that it would be more challenging to resume the shooting due to the corona outbreak.While talking about the director, then Amit Masurkar is directing the movie. He has also directed the movie Newton. The shooting of Vidya Balan’s Sherni halted in March, as the whole country moves to the lockdown situation. The actress is playing the role of a forest officer in the movie. She said that it would good to start the shooting of the film after monsoon as per the demand of the role. The team who is working on the movie will be there in the Jungles of Madhya Pradesh.
