The star finished up her case by saying that she will take the issue to a higher court. 

Sharing a report about the Court dismissing her application, Kangana expressed, "Counterfeit promulgation by Mahavinashkari government, I haven't joined any pads, entire structure is fabricated a similar way, one condo each floor, that is the means by which I bought it,@mybmc is just pestering me in the whole structure. Will battle in higher court." according to the PTI report, the adjudicator hearing the application has allowed Kangana a month and a half to request under the watchful eye of the Bombay High Court. In a similar report, it was expressed that the adjudicator said that obstruction of the court was not needed in the issue. According to the report after the 2018 notification, the BMC had sent Kangana another notification and requested her to change the arrangement from the pads like they were initially, else it would be considered an unapproved partition and would be annihilated. Testing it, Kangana had engaged the court to limit BMC from proceeding with destruction. Apparently, the Court, on the matter of her blending her 3 pads, stated, "These are grave infringement of the endorsed plan for which the consent of the equipped authority is required."
