Karan Johars Dharma Production issued summons by Delhi High Court over Gunjan Saxena row
The film Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Young lady featuring Janhvi Kapoor as the principal female Indian Flying corps pilot in battle pulled in debates since the time it's delivery.
Another legitimate difficulty has encircled the film as the Delhi High Court has given summons to producer maker Karan Johar's creation house, Dharma Creations.
The Indian Artists Rights Affiliation (ISRA) has documented a suit against the creation house and affirmed that exhibitions were economically misused in Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Young lady and they look for sovereignty.
As indicated by a report in Bar And Seat, Delhi High Court has given summons to Dharma Creation on the suit recorded by ISRA. The Vocalists Affiliation asserted that the film has financially used three exhibitions - Ae Ji O Ji from the film Smash Lakhan, Choli Ke Peeche Kya Hai from the film Khalnayak and Saajan ji Ghar Aaye from the film Kuch Hota Hai. Notwithstanding, the respondent has denied the cases on the ground that the exhibitions weren't "live" and "don't fit the bill for the installment of eminence."
