Rinku Ghosh, who has been a part of the TV show Durgesh Nandini and movies such as Daroga Babu I Love You, says that whether a girl is working or is a homemaker, she in no way has to lose her identity. She says that ladies are independent these days, and this is also way to the guys in their lives who proportion the burden.
