Star Plus' display Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has been maintaining the target audience glued with its modern tune. The show's present day tune revolves round Abhimanyu and Akshara's combat for Abhir's custody. It is in this war that the show has been experiencing a high-voltage drama.

The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai these days will begin with Akshara calling for Abhir. After Abhir getting suffocated, he might be rushed to the sanatorium. Abhinav and the Goenkas will also reach the health facility. When Akshara and Abhimanyu will come head to head, Akshara will grab Abhimanyu's collar and will question him. She will ask Abhimanyu how did Abhir get essential in his presence. However, Abhimanyu will stand numb. The Goenkas and the Birlas will all destroy down in tears. Meanwhile, Anand will come there and ask Abhimanyu and Akshara to stop fighting. He will further inform each Akshara and Abhimanyu that Abhir's reports are negative and that they need to carry out a surgical procedure otherwise they are able to lose Abhir. On the other hand, Manjiri will hug Akshara and the 2 will reunite. In the meantime, Aarohi will come out and witness this sight and will stand bowled over. However, eevryone will then start enquiring about Abhir's health to her.
